This is a training aid
CheckrideBuddy helps you study. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Federal Aviation Administration. It does not replace instruction from a certificated flight instructor, it does not satisfy any training requirement of 14 CFR, and passing a practice session here predicts nothing about an actual practical test. Nothing here is a substitute for the current ACS, the regulations, or your aircraft's approved flight manual, and where this software disagrees with those sources, those sources govern.
Aeronautical decisions are yours
Performance figures, weight and balance examples, and aircraft data shown in this software are teaching examples. Before any flight, verify every number against the approved flight manual and weight and balance data for the specific aircraft you are flying. You, as pilot in command, remain responsible for every aeronautical decision you make.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself, and give us accurate information. Accounts are for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel or request a refund, email support@checkridebuddy.com.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the content, attempt to extract the question bank in bulk, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law.
Content you create
Lesson material, notes, and records you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them back to you and to operate the service.
No warranty, and limits
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
